I know Church is confirmed to be in the movie, but they're keeping who they are playing secret. Topper Grace from the 70s show is a villan as well.

I read that they've signed on to make 3 more Spiderman movies....
Lizardman will also be a villian in Spiderman 3. Another good one will be X-Men 3 and Sin City 2.
